We will get back to you as soon as possible! To use Poginet SIM card your mobile device must be unlocked. Usually majority of contract purchased mobile devices are locked with their carriers. Please clarify with your mobile carrier representative. This means your device is not registered on the mobile network. Check that the country you are in is one of our countries coverage. Make sure you have an unlocked GSM (2G/3G/4G) mobile device. Restart your device, and check if your device is set to automatically search and register to the network. If you are getting errors like “Could not activate cellular data network” or “You are not subscribed to a cellular data service” it means that you have network connection but your mobile device cannot initialize mobile data connection. Check that the settings are correct: Flight mode is OFF, Mobile/Cellular data is ON, Data roaming is enabled. Another important step is to set the APN to “internet” (just type the word internet in the APN field). On iOS8 devices EU Internet might be OFF. Turn mobile device off and back on, if you still experience problems contact us.Apple devices might have added a dedicated “EU Internet” switch alongside the existing Data roaming toggle. To use Poginet SIM card within European Union countries you have to enable the “EU Internet”.As typically experienced on mobile networks, speed may vary due to your geographic location (reception might be impaired by geographic landscape), another cause might be the distance to shoreline if you are at sea. High volume of traffic can also slow down your connection (e.g. peak hours for data use). Please make sure you don’t have any apps opened in background using data.
